Digital Marketing Specialist

Job in brief:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence and engage with diverse audience across various channels and markets.

This role requires creativity, an understanding of digital marketing tools, content writing and the ability to effectively communicate in French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling content for marketing materials such as website content, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases in both English and French
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, webinars, and client seminars.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand enhancement.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support internal communications, including drafting employee communications and managing content in both English and French.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in French is required.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is required. Certification in marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Type of Employment: Permanent/ Full time

Salary: AED 7000/month
