Are you experienced in managing technical documentation for QA/QC or engineering projects? Do you excel at organizing, tracking, and distributing project records in a high-compliance, technically advanced environment? We want to hear from you.

This position is designated for candidates who hold a Saudi Family Book.

You’ll be supporting a company renowned for pioneering robotic internal and external field-joint coating solutions for pipelines delivering automated, precision engineering and advanced protection techniques to safeguard infrastructure across challenging environments. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge document control aligned with international standards and systems used in some of the most sophisticated pipeline protection projects globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the document control system compliant with project procedures and high-level technical standards.
  • Register, track, distribute, and archive QC/QA documentation—such as ITPs, NCRs, inspection reports, method statements, and coating records.
  • Monitor revision control; ensure project teams receive up-to-date drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, project managers, and clients for approvals and signatures.
  • Maintain document registers, logs, and status reports for transmittals, submissions, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years as a Document Controller in oil & gas, construction, or engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with QC/QA documentation, ISO-compliant procedures, and rigorous engineering quality standards.
  • Proficiency using document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, Docuware, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Salary: SAR 5,000 – 7,500
