You’ll be supporting a company renowned for pioneering robotic internal and external field-joint coating solutions for pipelines delivering automated, precision engineering and advanced protection techniques to safeguard infrastructure across challenging environments. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge document control aligned with international standards and systems used in some of the most sophisticated pipeline protection projects globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the document control system compliant with project procedures and high-level technical standards.
- Register, track, distribute, and archive QC/QA documentation—such as ITPs, NCRs, inspection reports, method statements, and coating records.
- Monitor revision control; ensure project teams receive up-to-date drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, project managers, and clients for approvals and signatures.
- Maintain document registers, logs, and status reports for transmittals, submissions, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Min 3 years as a Document Controller in oil & gas, construction, or engineering projects.
- Familiarity with QC/QA documentation, ISO-compliant procedures, and rigorous engineering quality standards.
- Proficiency using document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, Docuware, or equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
