Job Brief:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations for a small organization based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker, with strong proficiency in English, and possess basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support.
Opportunity to work closely with management in a small, collaborative environment while handling core HR functions end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and records management.
- Support recruitment activities such as screening CVs, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain employee files, attendance records, and leave management.
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR-related accounting support (basic level).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Coordinate with management on HR matters and employee relations.
- Support administrative tasks related to office operations as required.
- Liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in an HR role within the UAE.
- Native Arabic Speaker
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small-entity environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month (based on experience)
