Marketing Assistant

Job Brief:

Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for networking and digital marketing? We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our client’s team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the company’s presence on LinkedIn, creating engaging content, expanding our professional network, and supporting various marketing and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Grow the company’s LinkedIn followers and engagement on the LinkedIn company page.
• Develop and manage LinkedIn ads to enhance the company’s online presence.
• Utilize a provided LinkedIn account to connect with Chartering Managers, Shipbrokers, and other relevant contacts to expand the company’s network.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn to identify available ships and charter opportunities.
• Perform cold calling to shipowners (based on a provided client list) to identify available ships in the market.
• Provide general support to company shareholders as needed.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Extroverted personality with a strong enthusiasm for networking and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in cold calling and a comfort with reaching out to new contacts.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and social media marketing strategies.
