Piping Supervisor – Oil & Gas (Short-Term Contract)

Job Brief:

We are seeking experienced Piping Supervisors with ADNOC site experience for a short-term Oil & Gas project. The role involves supervising piping activities on-site, managing manpower, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, and delivering work safely, on time, and within quality requirements.

This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on site supervision experience in large-scale Oil & Gas projects within Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate piping fabrication, installation, erection, and testing activities at site.
• Manage and lead piping crews, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and safe execution of work.
• Ensure all piping activities comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, drawings, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with construction managers, QA/QC, HSE, and engineering teams to resolve site issues.
• Monitor daily work progress and report site status to management.
• Ensure proper material handling, tool usage, and manpower allocation.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to safety procedures at site.
• Identify and resolve technical or manpower-related challenges proactively.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as required.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Piping Supervisor in Oil & Gas projects.
• ADNOC site experience is compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of piping standards, isometrics, drawings, and site execution practices.
• Proven experience supervising site manpower and subcontractors.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight project timelines.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (ADNOC Site)

Salary: Upto AED 10000 per month
