Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Train and develop low-level managers and staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Create, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Implement strategies to improve revenue and overall financial performance.
  • Evaluate team performance and productivity to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Analyze accounting and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities for sustained growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Design and implement strategic goals to drive business success.
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses to achieve financial efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce company policies and processes for operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure employees work productively and receive opportunities for professional development.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational and financial performance.
  • Direct the employee assessment process to maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide effective solutions to any business-related issues that arise.
  • Control budgets and optimize expenses to maximize financial resources.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to management.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Those who has experience in snacks manufacturing will be given priority.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and policy formulation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.

 

Job Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Type of Employment Permanent / Full time

Salary SAR 18000 – 25000/ monthly + Bonus
