Project Manager

Job Brief:

Are you experienced in overseeing the management of agile or waterfall projects, driving the delivery of specific products or transformative solutions with a highly skilled digital team? If so, you are the one we are looking for!

Your role will involve managing complex digital projects, removing obstacles for your team, and balancing both high-level planning and detailed execution to ensure successful outcomes. You will be instrumental in defining project needs and integrating them into the program or portfolio process, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate waterfall or agile project management methodologies, continuously learning and iterating to improve processes.
• Define the roadmap for each product and translate these roadmaps into actionable user stories.
• Lead the collaborative and dynamic planning process, prioritizing tasks according to the team’s capacity and capabilities.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment and high performance.
• Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards appropriate to their stage (alpha, beta, production).
• Actively participate in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge while incorporating best practices.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Technical or Management Degree
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMI, Prince2, MSP)
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent proficiency in written and spoken Arabic.
• Min 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital projects and products
• Experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in ambiguous situations
• Solid understanding of the digital landscape and current industry trends
• Proven experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams to meet project objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership abilities
• Competency in financial modelling and accountancy, project planning, and report writing
• Ability to make effective decisions, drive business improvements, and manage quality services efficiently

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 25,000/ Month
