Sales Director – Property Development

Are you an exceptional and enthusiastic Sales Director with a proven track record of achievements within the Dubai property development market? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our client team.

As a sales Director, you will be responsible for driving their sales strategies, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving residential sales targets. You will report directly to the CEO and the Chairman.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale an internal sales team.
  • Lead a team of Sales Executives, setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, ideally with an existing client database.
  • Analyze market and sales data to develop new markets for their property portfolio.
  • Understand local and international markets and the changing requirements of clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for continual improvement of department performance.
  • Achieve residential sales targets from specified properties.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our real estate projects to effectively communicate and close sales.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actions for improvement.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in any stream
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in residential sales, generating 1 to 2 billion AED of sales profits per year.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Property Development Sales Director
  • Experience working for a developer or heading the sales function.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Language preference: Russian or Arabic language would be an added advantage

Job Location: Dubai

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 20000 – 25000/ month
