This role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, and providing customized solutions to meet the needs of Saudi-based clients.
Arabic language proficiency is mandatory for this role
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management & Business Development
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the IT and digital transformation sectors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build, grow, and sustain long-term relationships with assigned clients as a trusted advisor.
- Understand client business requirements and offer tailored solutions from the company’s portfolio.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and feedback.
3. Sales Documentation & CRM Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Ensure all proposals, contracts, and service agreements are properly documented and aligned with company policies.
4. Internal Coordination & Market Intelligence
- Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless solution delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to strategically position the company’s offerings.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills
- Native Arabic speaker is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital transformation).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability.
- High motivation, resilience, and proactive approach to challenges.
