Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals in the property/real estate sector.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Attract, recruit, and retain top talent across technical, operational, and leadership roles.
- Performance Management: Design frameworks to drive productivity, accountability, and professional growth.
- Learning & Development: Oversee training and leadership development programs to upskill employees and build future leaders.
- Employee Engagement: Create initiatives to improve engagement, well-being, and workplace culture.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive reward strategies, aligned with industry benchmarks.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion a culture of inclusivity, respect, and equity in a multicultural environment.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational change, mergers, and expansion strategies.
- HR Operations Excellence: Lead HR systems, policies, and digital transformation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- European education background is a must (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required, additional European languages an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven background in the property/real estate, construction, or investment sector.
- Track record in organizational transformation, change management, and HR digitalization.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
