Senior Planner

Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner with a strong civil engineering background. If you have expertise in project planning, reporting, and claim reviews within the construction sector, this role is for you.

Play a pivotal role in projects where strategic planning and foresight ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and uncompromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, programs, and reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to track progress and forecast timelines.
• Perform claims analysis and support claim review processes.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
• Implement project planning tools and methodologies to optimize performance.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning.
• Proven experience in preparing programs, reports, and claim reviews.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience working with developers and contracting companies.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time
Salary: AED 15,000 – 18,000
