Sales & BDM Manager – Heavy Equipment Trading

Are you experienced in Heavy Equipment Sales & Business Development?

Our client, a leading trading company specialized in buying and selling used heavy equipment across Oman and the GCC, is looking for a Sales Manager (BDMM) to drive growth, manage client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with deep market knowledge and a proven track record in heavy equipment trading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for used heavy equipment trading.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients in Oman and GCC markets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and deliver profitable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred).
  • Min 5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment sales/trading.
  • Strong client network and understanding of Oman & GCC markets.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead a sales team.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • GCC driving license preferred.
