Business Development Manager (BDM) – HVAC

Job Brief

Are you experienced in HVAC business development in the UAE market?
Do you have strong relationships with HVAC contractors, MEP companies, and district cooling firms?
If you have hands-on experience selling HVAC systems, coils, and cooling solutions, you are the one we are looking for.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputed manufacturing company specialising in heat exchangers and thermal solutions, serving the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business in the HVAC sector across the UAE
  • Sell HVAC products including coils, heat exchangers, and cooling solutions
  • Build strong relationships with HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and district cooling companies
  • Handle replacement, retrofit, and project-based HVAC sales
  • Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and new market opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, pricing, and delivery
  • Conduct regular client visits and site meetings across the UAE

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / HVAC preferred)
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HVAC business development
Strong network within HVAC, MEP, and district cooling sectors
Experience selling HVAC equipment or solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel within the UAE

Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
