Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Solutions

Job Brief:

Are you a results-driven Business Development professional with strong experience selling IT solutions to semi-government organizations? Do you have a proven track record in enterprise or platform-based sales such as CRM, ERP, or cloud solutions?

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – IT to drive growth by acquiring and managing business with semi-government and government-linked entities. This role focuses on consultative selling, long sales cycles, and relationship management with key decision-makers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies targeting semi-government and government-linked organizations.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for IT solutions (CRM, ERP, cloud platforms, digital solutions, etc.).
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiations, to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful onboarding.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement frameworks.

 

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in IT business development or enterprise sales.
  • Must have proven experience selling to semi-government or government-linked companies.
  • Strong exposure to enterprise IT solutions such as CRM (Salesforce or similar), ERP, cloud, or digital platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex approval processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

 

Job Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 25,000 per month (based on experience)

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full Time
