Business Development Manager – Digital Agency Sector

Job Brief:

Are you experienced in client acquisition, digital marketing sales, and driving consistent revenue in the UAE market? Do you have over 5 years of proven success in the digital agency space and a strong grasp of local market dynamics? If so, you’re the one we’re looking for.

The client is seeking a Business Development Executive who can lead from the front, cultivate high-value client relationships, and deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales Approach: Offer comprehensive digital marketing solutions including SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, SMS Marketing, Performance Marketing, Paid Advertising, Email Campaigns, and Website/App Development tailored to client needs.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively follow up on leads provided by the company and generate new business through cold calling, direct emails, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and delivering value-driven, customized digital strategies.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends, assess competitors, and identify innovative business opportunities to support company growth.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs while contributing to the agency’s overall revenue goals.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with key business partners and stakeholders to broaden the agency’s market presence and service reach.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring professional and persuasive interactions with clients.
  • Digital Expertise: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to effectively position services and consult clients.
  • CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems and email marketing tools efficiently to manage leads, track sales activities, and optimize the sales process.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital agency or marketing firm.
  • Strong network and market knowledge in the UAE digital marketing industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (flexible for highly talented candidates)

Commission Structure:

  • 3% on all recurring client billing above AED 15K/month
  • Incentives based on performance and sustained revenue growth
