Job Brief:
Are you experienced in supervising coating operations for oil & gas pipeline projects? Do you have the ability to lead field teams, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control in high-pressure environments? If so, you’re the leader we’re looking for.
Our client is seeking a Coating Crew Supervisor to manage on-site coating teams and ensure consistent delivery of work aligned with technical specifications. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in FBE, PU, and epoxy-based coating systems and capable of handling daily execution, workforce management, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities of coating crews on site.
- Ensure surface preparation and coating application meet client specifications and project quality standards.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and tools for daily activities efficiently.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and enforce HSE compliance across the workforce.
- Maintain proper records of daily production, equipment usage, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with QA/QC inspectors, report any deviations, and support resolution of non-conformities.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, international coating standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to crew members as required.
- Report project progress to the site engineer or project manager.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising coating teams in oil & gas pipeline or infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of FBE, PU, liquid epoxy or similar coating applications.
- Strong understanding of HSE protocols and site safety practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, coating specs, and inspection criteria.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience working on GCC or Aramco projects is an advantage.
- Basic English language proficiency for site reporting and coordination.
Location: KSA – Site-Based
Type of Employment: Contract / Full Time
Salary: SAR 6,000 – 6,500
