Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Manager with strong real estate experience and international exposure to lead HR operations and strategy. Our client, a premier real estate developer in the UAE, is renowned for refined craftsmanship, sophisticated finishes, and delivering projects with innovation and quality at the core.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive HR operations: recruitment, performance management, training, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Design and implement HR policies grounded in UAE labor law and international best practices.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Promote a culture of engagement, retention, and continuous development.
- Oversee compliance, grievance resolution, and workforce planning across various departments, including construction, design, and marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Education or professional training from UK or European institutions is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, ideally within the real estate sector in the UAE .
- Thorough knowledge of UAE labor law.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and quality-driven environment.
