HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR specialist for a leading equipment rental, heavy equipment, lifting solutions company that provides site support services for large-scale projects, including those of Saudi Aramco and other major oil & gas operators across the Kingdom.

The HR Specialist will support and enhance the company’s HR operations by focusing on recruitment, onboarding, compliance with labor regulations, employee relations, and HR process improvement. The role requires familiarity with HR practices in the industrial and oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, operations, and administrative roles, ensuring alignment with project timelines and Aramco manpower requirements.
  • Manage onboarding, mobilization, and induction processes for new hires, including gate passes and Aramco site compliance.
  • Support Saudization initiatives and maintain Saudization percentage program.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HR documentation in compliance with Saudi labor laws and Aramco audit requirements.
  • Facilitate employee relations, handle grievances professionally, and ensure fair resolution in coordination with HR Manager.
  • Monitor contract expiry dates, renewals, and visa statuses; coordinate with PRO for Iqama (local ID), visas, and other government transactions.
  • Assist with performance management cycles, training records, and support staff development plans.
  • Contribute to HR policy updates and ensure company policies are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Generate HR reports and provide data to management as required.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of HR experience, preferably in equipment rental, construction, or oil & gas contracting companies.
  • Working knowledge of labor law and HR operational procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, HR policies, and compliance requirements is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems or ERP is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Must have a valid passport with at least 1 year of validity .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Job Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Type of Employment:Permanent / Full time

Salary: Up to MYR 9K/ Month + FTA
