Marketing Manager – UAE Real Estate Brokerage

Are you a seasoned Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in the UAE real estate brokerage sector? Are you capable of strategize, execute marketing strategy, digital campaigns, managing social media platforms?

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing and a proven ability to handle both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation for our client’s real estate brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real Estate Marketing Strategy

  • Design and implement marketing strategies specific to property sales and leasing in the UAE market.
  • Collaborate closely with sales agents to align campaigns with listing priorities and market trends.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for project launches, open houses, and exclusive listings.

2. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Run and manage digital ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and portals like Property Finder, Bayut, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting/budgets, and maximize lead quality and conversion.
  • Ensure SEO optimization of website and listing content.

3. Social Media & Content Management

  • Create engaging content for all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage social media calendars, community engagement, and lead inquiries from social channels.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and videographers for high-quality property visuals.

4. Field-Level Marketing Execution (Preferred)

  • Organize signage, flyers, in-building promotions, and community activations.
  • Coordinate with developers and landlords for co-branded campaigns and property visibility.
  • Manage relationships with printing vendors and media production teams.

5. Branding, Collateral, and Communication

  • Maintain consistent branding across digital and print media.
  • Develop and update marketing materials including brochures, banners, email templates, and listing presentations.
  • Support internal communication and staff engagement initiatives.

6. CRM and Lead Management Support

  • Work alongside sales team to qualify and nurture marketing leads through CRM systems.
  • Track campaign ROI, report key metrics, and optimize for performance.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of UAE marketing experience in a real estate brokerage firm is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Skilled in social media management, content creation, and real estate branding.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and real estate CRMs.
  • Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English

 

Job Location: Dubai, Business Bay

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: Up to AED 17,000/month – For full-spectrum marketers (strategic & execution at field level)

Up to AED 12,000/month – For managerial/strategic profiles only
