Job Brief:
Are you experienced in quality control supervision for oil & gas projects with Aramco approval? Do you possess deep knowledge of coating, welding, or pipeline QC standards, and the ability to lead teams in a high-compliance environment? If so, you’re the supervisor we’re looking for.
Our client is urgently hiring a QC Supervisor with Aramco approval to lead and manage quality activities for an ongoing pipeline project in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Aramco’s quality procedures, supervising QC inspectors, and maintaining all relevant documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all QC operations related to coating, welding, and pipeline works.
- Ensure full compliance with Aramco specifications, ITPs, and international quality standards.
- Lead a team of QC inspectors and coordinate daily quality activities on-site.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including ITPs, procedures, checklists, and reports.
- Identify and resolve non-conformance issues (NCRs) in collaboration with site management.
- Liaise with Aramco representatives, client inspectors, and internal project teams.
- Support project audits, inspections, and final handover documentation.
- Conduct quality briefings, on-site training, and ensure workforce awareness of QA/QC standards.
- Ensure proper calibration and use of inspection tools and equipment.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of quality control experience in oil & gas projects.
- Aramco-approved as a QC Supervisor or Coating/Welding Inspector (must have valid SAP/ID number).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), and inspection techniques.
- Proven ability to manage QA/QC teams, maintain documentation, and handle audits.
- Proficient in technical reporting, NCR handling, and project quality tracking.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Competent in using inspection tools, reporting software, and document control systems.
