Our client is hiring a Restaurant Manager to take full responsibility for daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of food, service, and team performance are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, including service flow, staffing, and guest experience
- Plan, lead, and execute daily briefings, service strategies, and team schedules
- Maintain operational excellence and implement SOPs to ensure service consistency
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals
- Manage restaurant budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce overhead
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate closely with Head Chef and Bar Manager to enhance service flow and menu quality
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health regulations
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Foster relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to maintain high service standards
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred,Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or Culinary Arts
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining
- Strong leadership abilities and proven team management experience
- Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards
- Proficient in POS systems (Micros preferred), Excel, Word, Pascal, and reservation software (SevenRooms, OpenTable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Health & Safety and Hygiene Certification required
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
