Sales Executive Logistics

Are you an experienced, enthusiastic, highly challenging Sales Executive with experience in Freight forwarding / Shipping /logistics industry and can speak English, Mandarin fluently, then you are the one we are looking for? In order to be considered, you must be already based in either Nanshan, Ningbo Shanghai, Qingdao, Tianjin.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
• Following up with the existing customers and converting it as business would be your main role and not lead generation.
• Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.
• Maintain records of customer details / sales visits in the Orient.
• Job opening & Closures
• Negotiate rates with shipping lines and quote the customer
• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
• Promote the services and products of all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by the Finance Controller.

Requirements & Accountabilities

• Meet and exceed revenue targets set per Segment/ Product for the existing client
• Create and develop new revenue on existing accounts.
• Maintain customers profile report and follow up on leads.

Required Skills:

•  Minimum 3 to 5 years Sales experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding / Logistics
• Fluent in English, Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivator / Aggressive / Ambitious
• Extrovert

Job Location: Nanshan, Ningbo Shanghai, Qingdao, Tianjin

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: 9k  – 10K Chinese Yuan/Month
