Senior Procurement Engineer

Job Brief:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Procurement Engineer with extensive experience in construction procurement. If you have a strong background in vendor management, negotiations, and supply chain within contracting companies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue, and evaluate RFQs and tender packages.
• Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Track procurement schedules to align with project timelines.
• Administer purchase orders, supplier contracts, and payment processes.
• Maintain vendor databases and assess supplier performance.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Business or any other suitable field.
• Min 10 years in procurement for construction, contracting and/or real estate development within UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction market supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and practices.

Salary: AED 15,000 – 18,000
