Farabi Petrochemicals is seeking a Senior Strategic Planning Professional to join its leadership team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will play a key role in aligning long-term business planning with commercial objectives and industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning initiatives and business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Perform project feasibility studies, valuation, and financial modeling for new and existing business opportunities.
- Utilize knowledge of stoichiometry, energy balance, and mass balance calculations to support strategic decisions.
- Analyze global pricing benchmarks and maintain commercial standards across petrochemical operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and commercial teams to evaluate expansion or investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present strategic insights and business cases to senior leadership.
- Lead and negotiate strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Build strong networks within the petrochemical industry to support strategic initiatives.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic planning or business development in the petrochemical industry.
- Strong background in both technical and commercial aspects of the petrochemical sector.
- Expertise in stoichiometry, energy and mass balance, and their practical application.
- Proven experience in project feasibility assessments, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Excellent skills in business conceptualization, quantitative analysis, and executive communication.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Professional personality and presence for networking within the petrochemical ecosystem.
