Warehouse Officer – Oil & Gas

Job Brief:
Are you experienced in managing warehouse operations for oil & gas or industrial projects? Do you have strong organizational skills, knowledge of inventory control systems, and the ability to manage materials in a high-volume, fast-paced environment? If so, you’re the Warehouse Officer we’re looking for.

Our client is hiring a Warehouse Officer to oversee receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking project materials. The ideal candidate should be familiar with oil & gas logistics, maintain accurate records, and ensure that materials are handled according to safety and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receivinginspectionstorage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Ensure proper labelingshelving, and stock rotation of all incoming materials.
  • Coordinate with procurementlogistics, and site teams for timely material issuance and replenishment.
  • Monitor stock levels, generate inventory reports, and identify potential shortages.
  • Conduct regular stock auditscycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Enforce HSE policies and ensure the safe handling of materials, especially hazardous or flammable goods.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all material transactions, deliveries, and returns.
  • Supervise warehouse helpers and ensure adherence to operational procedures.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Officer in oil & gasindustrial, or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory managementmaterial handling procedures, and stock control.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and material coding systems.
  • Proficiency in using MS ExcelERP systems, or warehouse software.
  • Excellent communicationcoordination, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in field/project-based warehouse setups under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

Location: KSA – Site-Based
Type of Employment: Contract / Full Time
Salary: SAR 4,500
