Job Brief:
Are you experienced in leading multidisciplinary engineering and production teams? Do you bring a strong track record in engineering management, team leadership, and industrial operations? If yes, then you may be the ideal candidate our client is seeking to drive operational excellence, product quality, and innovative delivery as their next Operations Engineering Manager.
The client is head-quartered in the United States , specializes in providing coating services through robotic systems for onshore and offshore pipelines, refineries, and various other industrial plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and align engineering activities with production goals.
- Supervise and mentor engineering and testing teams across projects.
- Oversee the creation, review, and approval of technical documentation and parts.
- Manage change control processes and ensure implementation accuracy.
- Support field operations, testing activities, and cross-department collaboration.
- Monitor production and testing KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelors in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of total engineering experience with 3+ years in managerial roles.
- Experience with industrial automation, robotics, or pipeline services preferred.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and industrial safety protocols.
- Proficient in reviewing and managing technical documents.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems and engineering tools.
- Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Mindset: Strategic, results-driven, and collaborative.
