Account Assistant

Job in brief:

We are looking for an entry level Accounts Assistant for the location Dubai Investment Park, Dubai, UAE.

If you have interests in Accounting Principles, Bookkeeping, and Microsoft Excel, along with a strong attention to detail, then you are the one we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare payment and receipt vouchers.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure their accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.
• Process invoices and expense reports promptly and accurately.
• Support month-end and year-end entry and close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and company procedures.
• Provide support for audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation.
• Assist with tax filings by preparing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

 Salary: AED up to 2,500 + Transportation + Accommodation (TA) OR AED 4,000 without TA
