Business Process Specialist – IT Background

Join our client’s team as a Business Process Specialist, where you’ll utilize your IT background and process expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimized workflows.
• Implement and configure ERP solutions, with a focus on Odoo.
• Customize Odoo modules to align with organizational needs and objectives.
• Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, making recommendations for enhancements or adjustments as needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP systems and business processes within the organization.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in business process optimization, preferably with a background in IT.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and processes, with specific expertise in Odoo preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management and implementation of ERP solutions is a plus.
• Preferred Skills:
• Certification or training in Odoo or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and programming languages.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
