Document Controller

Job Brief:

Join our client’s team as a Document Controller, where you’ll play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control project documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
• Ensure all documents are accurately logged, filed, and distributed according to project requirements.
• Monitor document status and track revisions, ensuring the latest versions are readily available to stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of document control procedures and systems.
• Coordinate with project teams to retrieve and update documents as needed.
• Respond to internal and external document requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business or any related field.
• 2 years’ experience in document control, preferably in a construction industry.
• Familiarity with document management systems and software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Experience working with Aramco projects is preferred but not a must.

Job Location: AL Khobar, Saudi Arabia

 Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: 3K/Month
