This role will have the responsibility to successfully initiate and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers. This role will develop and manage their individual portfolio and work in a collaborative team environment. This role will also be responsible for prospecting, reaching out to referrals, and business to business selling to generate inside and outside transactional sales.

In order to be considered, you must be already based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitating business development (including client profiling, targeting and penetration) and execution of markets strategy.

· Coordinating meetings with targets identified through various processes & imparting an initial introduction to the firm’s services.

· Periodic follow-ups with targeted prospects after the initial meeting.

· Assisting in identifying appropriate pre-defined tenders & proposal preparation.

· Periodic interactions with the firm’s partners to capture database & explore opportunities.

· Planning, identifying opportunities & coordinating media events like press conferences, press meets, seminars, award functions etc.

· Ensuring desired levels of brand visibility (including identification of events) and media coverage in the aforementioned cities.

· Developing, maintaining and managing relations with key journalists.

· Managing the diversity & CSR program.

· Producing & circulating marketing collaterals on a regular basis to ensure brand visibility.

Required Skills:

· Must be graduate with any reputed university.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in company incorporation process in UAE.

· Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills.

· Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).

· Ability to work independently and under pressure while representing the company in a professional manner.

· Formal presentation skills (including development and making effective corporate presentations).

· Should be able to exercise good judgment with senior professionals (partners) and influence teamwork

· Must have knowledge of social media and digital media.

· Must have knowledge of free zone and DED.
